Campaigns to a list of customers
Draft one bounded text or email campaign from a saved segment, inspect every recipient, approve the audience separately, then send in person-run batches with live consent checked each time.

Open CRM › Campaigns. A campaign starts from a saved segment: a reusable question such as people with declined work or no visit in six months. If you do not have one, follow Review your segments and use Save segment first. A segment says who matches a question. It never says who has agreed to marketing, and it is never permission to contact them.
Only use a campaign for customers whose marketing permission your shop has lawfully obtained and recorded. Torqix still checks the live permission on every exact number or address when its message would leave. There is no override: no consent means no campaign message.
Drafting, then seeing the real audience
Step 1: Draft the campaign
Under New campaign, give the internal Name, choose How it goes out and select the saved segment under Who it goes to. An email also needs a Subject line. Write the main message and, when useful, the Spanish version. Each message is limited to 1,600 characters. Press Draft campaign. Nothing has been sent.
Step 2: Build the audience
Press Build audience. Torqix runs the segment now, freezes the matching customers and the primary contact detail on file, and draws the named list below. People marked departed are excluded. A person with no mobile number or email address stays accounted for as unreachable rather than disappearing from the result.
Step 3: Read the list
Check the names, contact details, message and estimated sendable count. For email, the preview already names addresses currently held back by consent or the suppression ledger. The estimate can fall before sending because permission remains live. If the roster itself has changed, use Rebuild audience: it adds new matches without duplicating anybody, but it does not reopen a recipient already skipped for a send-time consent decision.
Approval and sending are two different acts
When the list is right, the separate Confirm section shows the channel, audience count and email subject. Its button says Confirm, the exact pending count, and recipients. Press it to put your name and the time on the approval record. Confirmation sends nothing. It exists so the person who approved the audience and words is recorded separately from the person who later runs a batch.
The Send section appears after confirmation. Press Send to the next to work through one bounded batch; the button includes that batch's actual count. The campaign stops after the batch. If people remain, a person reviews the result and presses it again. Nothing continues in the background, nothing is scheduled, and outside the displayed sending window in this shop's timezone nobody is marked or contacted.
Immediately before each message, Torqix re-reads whether the customer is departed, whether the frozen contact still exists, and whether that exact number or address still has marketing permission. Email also re-reads the suppression ledger. A STOP reply or one-click unsubscribe after confirmation is therefore respected. The recipient is skipped and the outcome names why.
Unsubscribe, bounces and the suppression ledger
Every campaign email carries a working one-click unsubscribe in the message and its mail headers. The customer needs no Torqix account and no login. An install without the unsubscribe address and signing key may draft, build and confirm an email campaign, but sending refuses before marking anybody. Text campaigns are unaffected by that installation setting; their consent still has to be present on the number at send time.
- Unsubscribed from marketing
- The one-click choice is recorded against the address and blocks later campaign email. It does not block estimates, approvals or service updates about the customer's own car. Only record a return to marketing after the customer has clearly asked to opt back in.
- Mailbox bounced as dead
- A hard bounce creates a durable suppression against the address, so deleting and re-adding the address does not evade it. Confirm the complete address with the customer first; then open their customer record and clear the bounce there. A soft bounce is recorded as a delivery result but does not create this lasting suppression.
- Reported as spam
- The complaint is permanent in the shop app and cannot be cleared there. Do not send more marketing to that address. If the customer later says the report was mistaken and asks to hear from you again, contact support rather than trying to work around the record.
- Turned off at the shop
- A manual suppression also lives on the customer record. It remains in force until somebody at the shop deliberately turns that address back on for a valid reason.
