SMS and messaging terms

Torqix is operated by Torqix LLC, located at 4828 NE 103rd Ave, Portland, Oregon 97220. Questions about these terms may be sent to bayani@torqix.net. Questions about a particular repair or appointment should be directed to the shop named in the message.

Participating repair shops may use Torqix to send appointment reminders, vehicle status updates, review requests, and replies connected with service on a vehicle. Marketing messages may be sent only where the recipient has separately opted in to receive marketing messages from that shop.

Messages may include links to estimates, approvals, invoices, appointment details, or other information connected with the shop’s service. The shop is responsible for the content it chooses to send.

• Consent applies to the specific phone number for which it was recorded.
• Leaving a number on a public work-request form, or appearing on an imported contact list, is not treated as consent to receive texts.
• Campaign consent is checked again for each number at send time. A number that has opted out is skipped, even if it appeared on the audience list earlier.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may buy goods or services from a participating shop without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency varies.

The number of messages depends on your appointments, repair activity, conversations with the shop, and any messaging programs you separately join.

Message and data rates may apply.

Campaign messages are additionally held to the shop’s quiet hours: a bulk message is not sent during the late-night and early-morning hours of the shop’s local time zone.

Reply STOP to cancel. Torqix also recognizes common opt-out keywords such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. An opt-out applies to the phone number that sent it. Torqix will not send further text messages to that number unless consent is recorded again.

Reply HELP for help. You may also contact the shop identified in the message or email bayani@torqix.net.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and other systems outside the sender’s control.

The Torqix privacy policy explains how phone numbers, message content, delivery events, and consent evidence are processed. Call and message content may be processed by the carriers and service providers needed to deliver the selected feature.

We may update these terms as the messaging program or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when that happens. Continued participation after an update is subject to the updated terms, but an update does not replace the requirement for consent or prevent you from replying STOP.
