Three plans. No feature column.

The enforced catalogue prices are Solo $99.00, Shop $199.00, Shop AI $349.00 per month for the first location. Plans differ by repair-order volume, AI allowance, the monthly text allowance and locations. They do not differ in the shop workflow features listed here, never charge by the user, and currently include API access.

Plans

Solo

A small shop doing up to the included monthly repair-order volume.

$99.00for location 1, per month

Shop

A working shop that needs unlimited repair-order volume and a larger monthly text allowance.

$199.00for location 1, per month

Shop AI

A shop that needs the largest AI and text allowances while the live phone connection is still being finished.

$349.00for location 1, per month

Signup currently starts every shop on the Shop plan. There is no plan picker or subscription payment processor yet; the app records the $199.00 monthly list amount and a 14-day trial date. The three plan cards therefore do not pretend to select a plan.

Start on Shop

Multi-location

A second location cannot be added yet, and is not priced yet.

Start here, because it is the part a two-shop owner needs before anything else on this page: there is no screen, button or API route in Torqix that creates a second location. Every account runs the one shop it was created with. Adding one is on the honest list further down.

What does work across shops is the reading: customers, vehicles and their history are held at the organization rather than the shop, and the fleet and org-level roll-up reports pool figures over every shop a person is a member of. On a one-shop account that roll-up prints that shop’s own numbers, and says so.

The price is a separate blank. The owner has not chosen an additional-location multiplier, so Torqix cannot quote or display an additional-location amount. The table shows the inputs that remain blank; it is not an order form, a discount promise or a substitute for either decision.

Torqix multi-location price curve as a percentage of one location’s monthly plan price.

Formula: full plan price + (location count − 1) × full plan price × published multiplier. Each location rounds once to integer cents; the displayed rows are then added.

The only differences

What the tiers actually change.

The enforced differences are repair-order volume, AI allowance, the monthly text allowance and locations. The listed shop workflow, unlimited users and API access are in all three plans.

What each Torqix plan includes. The listed shop workflow is included in every plan; the plans differ by repair-order volume, AI allowance, monthly text segments and number of locations. API access is included.

What a tier normally buys you

The things you would be paying extra for somewhere else.

“Everything is included” is a claim about us, and it only means something to somebody who has been on the other side of it. So here it is the other way round: four capabilities, what the category charges for them, and what we do instead.

  1. Two-way texting

    In every tier today
    Elsewhere
Tekmetric puts it on Scale, the $439 tier — so a shop on the $199 plan cannot text a customer back. It is the most commonly tier-gated feature in the category.
    Here
Every tier. Real threads from an existing Twilio or Telnyx number the shop connects. Each plan includes a monthly segment allowance — Solo 1,500 segments a month, Shop 5,000 segments a month, Shop AI 10,000 segments a month — and passing it refuses the send and says so rather than becoming an overage line on your bill. Carrier charges remain with the shop's provider.
  2. Dashboards and reporting

    In every tier today
    Elsewhere
Also Scale-only at Tekmetric. The owner paying the smallest bill — the one who most needs to know whether this month worked — is the one who cannot see the numbers.
    Here
Every tier. Car count, average ticket, effective labor rate, tech hours, tax collected, AR aging.
  3. Review requests and follow-ups

    In every tier today
    Elsewhere
Held to the top tiers at Shopmonkey, or sold as a marketing module: $345 a month at Tekmetric, $349 for Shopmonkey's CRM add-on. That is a second subscription to ask a happy customer for a review.
    Here
Every tier, included. Service reminders, declined-work follow-up, and a review request after a ticket that went well.
  4. Digital inspections

    In every tier today
    Elsewhere
We found no verified source putting inspections behind a tier, so this row makes no claim about anyone. It is here because the requirement names it, and because photo placement is a separate product question from packaging.
    Here
Every tier. Photos attach to the individual finding and open from the customer's live visit page. The frozen estimate does not carry them yet.

Those are the other vendors' published list prices as recorded in 2026. They are theirs to change, and we would rather you checked them than took our word for it — if anything here has gone stale, tell us and it gets corrected on this page.

Unlimited users

What a seat fee costs a real shop.

Charging by the user sounds small until you count who is actually in the system. Shopmonkey includes 4 on its middle plan and charges $20 a month for every person after that. Tekmetric does not do this — unlimited users is their headline, and we are matching it rather than claiming to have invented it.

The column on the right is what Torqix charges for those same people, on every plan, forever.

The annual cost of a $20-per-user monthly fee at four shop sizes, assuming 4 users included, compared with Torqix.
People in the systemBillable usersSeat fees, a yearOn Torqix

2016$3,840$0

And the headcount is always higher than you first said

  • The Saturday tech who works six days a month
  • The bookkeeper who needs to see invoices and nothing else
  • The apprentice who only ever punches on and off a job
  • Your spouse, who does the invoicing on Sundays
  • The advisor you are about to hire, before you have decided if it worked out

A per-seat price makes every one of those a decision about money instead of a decision about the shop. The apprentice does not get an account, so his hours land on somebody else’s ticket, and the tech efficiency report you are paying for is wrong. That is what we are removing — not a line item.

Card processing

A published rate, and never mandatory.

Recording a payment you took somewhere else is free at every tier, forever — cash, check, your own terminal, a card reader you already own. There is no module fee for the privilege of writing down that a customer paid you.

Our own processing is not live yet. When it is, the rate goes here in public: to be decided— published card processing rate and per-transaction fee has not been decided yet, with to be decided— payout timing commitment (spec target: next-day via Stripe) has not been decided yet payouts.

In all three plans

The full list.

Every item here is running in the product today. The ones that are not are on the list below it.

Unlimited users
Every advisor, every tech, the bookkeeper, your spouse who does the invoicing on Sundays. There is no per-seat fee at any tier, and there never will be.
Two-way texting
Real threads with customers, not blasts. Nobody has to pay more to answer a text — the ability to answer a customer is part of the base product.
Digital inspections
Rate and note each finding in the bay, attach photos to that finding, and let the customer open them from the live visit page. The frozen estimate does not carry photos yet.
Estimates the customer can approve from their phone
Line-by-line approve or decline, e-signature, and the declined work goes straight into follow-up instead of into a drawer.
Review requests and follow-ups
Service reminders, declined-work follow-up, review requests after a good ticket. Included, not a marketing add-on that costs as much as the software.
Dashboards and reporting
Car count, average ticket, effective labor rate, tech hours. Owners get numbers on every tier — you should not have to buy the top plan to find out how the shop is doing.
Scheduling, repair orders, invoicing
The board, the calendar, the ticket, the invoice. Quick quotes that do not burn a permanent RO number.
Parts and inventory
Stock, bin locations, purchase orders, receiving, cost history. Counter sales for parts going out the door with no vehicle attached.
Time clock and labor
Punches per job, multiple techs on one ticket, hourly and flat-rate pay structures.
Your current export, in one click
Self-serve CSV/JSON for the supported record families, any time, no ticket and no human approval, including after cancellation. The archive names what it does not yet include.

Not built yet

What you would be waiting for.

Priced plans should not be sold on promises. These are the things a competitor’s feature grid would have a checkmark next to and we do not.

Inspection photos on the estimate
Inspection photos reach the customer's live visit page today. They do not travel inside the frozen estimate snapshot yet, so the estimate preview on this site does not show them.
Adding a second location
Every account has exactly one location today: the shop created with it. Nothing in the product adds another, so the location allowance on a plan is a limit waiting for a door, not a door. The org-level roll-up and fleet views that already ship read across the shops a person is a member of — useful the day a second location exists, and an honest duplicate of one shop's own figures until then.
AI phone agent
The conversation, policy controls, consent-gated Twilio adapter and no-phone simulator are built. No shop has an activated line. When connected, appointment work is a draft request that holds no slot until a human confirms it.
Card processing
You can record any payment today, including cash, check and whatever terminal you already own, and that is free forever. Taking the card through Torqix, at a published flat rate, is not live yet.
QuickBooks sync
The exact-cent engine, reconciliation history, retry path, scheduled drain and signed authorization flow are built. Connection becomes available when Torqix's owner installs the registered Intuit app credentials; until then the books export remains the working route out.

Fair terms

What you are agreeing to.

Six commitments, in plain English, on the page where you decide. The full pledge adds three more and says which of them the product can already keep; the terms of service say the same things at greater length.

The one worth reading before you start rather than after: cancelling is published as the actual clicks, so you can count them yourself the day you need to. The export keeps working afterwards, and that is the sentence the rest of this page is built on.

Month to monthPolicy, not yet mechanical
Billing is not live. When it is, monthly is the policy; an annual term would require an explicit choice.
Cancel in the app, in two clicks
The app records the end of the current period in two clicks. There is no notice window or retention call, and no payment provider exists to move money.
Fourteen-day trial, no cardPolicy, not yet mechanical
You do not hand over a card to find out whether the software works. If you forget about us, nothing happens.
Export always worksPolicy, not yet mechanical
One click, no approval and no subscription gate. The current archive is partial and names its omissions; completing it is still work owed.
Read-only for twelve months after you cancel
Your history does not get deleted three months after you go. You can come back and pull a record for a warranty claim a year later.
We never force our payment processing
Recording a payment you took somewhere else is free and always will be. If you use ours it will be because the rate is good and published, not because we blocked the alternative.
