Help and support from any screen

Open Help & support in the top bar to search the manual, report the visible path, open tickets and check live system status.

Use Help & support in the top bar from any signed-in shop screen. It opens a drawer over the page you are working on. The keyboard route is G then H; the second key must follow the first and the shortcut does not fire while you are typing in a field.

The page about the screen you are on

Beside the search box in the top bar there is a small open-book link. It goes straight to the manual page about the screen you are on, and hovering it names that page. On a screen we have not written about yet the link is not drawn at all, rather than sending you to a list of everything to search through.

Start under Search help. Type ordinary words into What do you need help with? and the drawer searches the Torqix manual, including honest gap entries for things that are not available. Open a result in the in-shop manual, or use the link to browse all help.

The full page at /support has the same search and works without JavaScript. It also keeps your organization's support-ticket list, replies and status together. The drawer's Open support tickets link takes you there when you need a continuing conversation rather than a one-way diagnostic.

Report the problem from the page where it happened

Press Report a problem. Its link carries the visible pathname into the report page, where Page where it happened shows that value before anything is sent. You may edit or clear it. The form explains that this path is the only page context attached to your description.

A software report is one-way into the builder bug queue. Use a support ticket when you need a reply or help getting back to work. The drawer does not capture a screenshot and does not attach customer data; do not put customer names or contact details in your description.

Read live status and the running version

System status runs the shop's production health contract when the drawer or support page loads. It shows when the check ran in the shop's timezone and the first seven characters of the deployed Version. It has three states, each named in words as well as by appearance:

All systems working
Torqix is working normally.
Some features unavailable
The main service is working, but one or more optional features need attention. The page translates known technical checks into shop-floor language.
Service problem
Torqix cannot confirm every service is working. Save your work, try again and open a support ticket if it continues.
