Asking the assistant how to use Torqix
Ask it product questions in plain words — how do I invite a technician, where do deposits live, can Torqix take card payments. It answers from these help articles, names the article it used, and says so honestly when the answer is that a feature is not built.

The assistant answers two kinds of questions. Questions about your shop — what a customer drives, how today looks — it answers from your shop's own records. Questions about Torqix itself — how to do something, where a setting lives, whether a feature exists — it answers from this help centre: the same articles you are reading now, plus the published list of what is not built yet.
Where and how to ask
Ask on the assistant page, at Assistant, the same box as everything else. There is no special phrasing — "how do I invite a technician", "where do deposits live", "can Torqix take card payments" all work. Under the answer it prints looked up: naming what it checked, the same receipt it prints for shop lookups.
A product question changes nothing. It creates no draft and there is nothing to confirm — the drafts-and-confirm gate is for things that would touch your shop, and reading documentation is not one of them. The assistant drafts. You confirm. covers that gate.
You can also ask for unpaid invoices over a number of days or for today's end-of-day figures. The unpaid answer uses Customer Aging, so it groups the result by customer and says how many open invoices each one has; it does not pretend that a customer row is an invoice-by-invoice list. Both reads show at most 25 rows and say when more matched.
Every answer names its article
A product answer cites its sources: the title of each help article it drew from, with a link into Learn so you can read the whole page. If an answer about Torqix arrives with no article behind it, that is the assistant telling you it found nothing — it is instructed to say so and point you at the shelves rather than to fill the silence.
When the honest answer is “not built”
Every shelf in this help centre publishes what is missing from it, under Not covered yet — including which of those are missing because the feature does not exist. The assistant reads that list too. Ask it about card payments and the answer is not an invented screen; it is that Torqix does not process payments, in the register's own words, with a link to the shelf where that is published.
Without a model connected
This works with no AI key at all. Running offline, the assistant does a keyword search over the same articles and the same register, and answers with matching article titles, their links, and a passage quoted word for word — it tells you the result is quoted rather than summarized. Connect a model and the answers get more conversational; the sources, the citations, and the refusal to invent stay exactly the same.
