Setting a low-stock floor without repeated alerts
Choose a shop-wide minimum, override it on individual parts, and understand when a low-stock alert rearms.

Step 1: Open inventory settings
From Parts, open More in parts and choose Inventory settings.
Step 2: Set the shop floor
Enter a quantity under Default minimum and press Save inventory settings. Leave it blank when parts without their own minimum should have no alert threshold.
A minimum saved on one part overrides the shop default. When stock first falls below the effective minimum, Torqix stamps that dip and groups the parts that crossed in the same run. The parts list shows Low since beside the shortage; open that row's Adjust menu to correct its count or retire it. The notification bell shows one Low stock row for that grouped crossing.
The first time the shop default is set, one hint appears beside the first Low since marker. It explains that the marker records the crossing and that alerts reach the bell and the owner's morning digest. Press Got it once to dismiss it for the whole organization.
A part that stays low does not produce another alert after another movement or another day. Replenishing it to its minimum or higher clears the stamp. A later dip is a new crossing and alerts again.
The owner's next morning digest names the live parts that crossed during the shop's previous calendar day. The digest uses the shop's timezone, leaves out demo inventory, and sends only to the owner who chose that digest under their own profile.
