Scheduling a report by email
Choose a live report's delivery rhythm and date window, see when it will run, resume a paused delivery, or unsubscribe.

Open Reports, choose a live report from the catalogue, and find Email delivery beneath the report. The destination is your own Torqix account email; this control does not choose another recipient or a customer.
Choose a Cadence: every morning, weekly on Monday, or monthly on the first. Then choose the Date window: yesterday, last week, or last month. Press Schedule this report. The panel shows the next attempt after the subscription is saved.
Delivery is shortly after 6:00 AM in the shop's timezone. The cadence day and the covered dates both use that timezone, including daylight-saving changes. Yesterday always means the completed shop day before the send, not the partly written day in progress.
What the email contains
The scheduled job runs the same report engine as the screen. It includes the report's reading notes, rows and totals, plus a link back to the report with its date range. Demo and test rows are not sent in a real shop's report.
A one-day report uses the final day of the selected preset. A current-snapshot report reads its figures at send time; the preset labels the scheduled period but does not pretend a snapshot belongs inside that historical window. The panel says which case applies before you subscribe.
When delivery pauses or stops
Access is checked again at send time. If your role is deactivated or loses permission to read the report's figures, the report is not run and no numbers are included. The subscription pauses and the product tells you why. After access is restored, reopen the report and press Save and resume delivery.
A failed window is attempted once and is not retried silently. The panel shows the last failure. Email safety blocks and provider failures hold the message rather than sending around them; the next scheduled window remains a separate attempt.
Press Unsubscribe on the report, or stop the same subscription from Your profile. Stopping your own mail remains available even after you lose permission to open that report.
